The delivery was a little delayed (which is fine only 3-4 days delayed) my only complaint is that I wish the case was more plush. Should protect against scratches but would be nervous if I dropped it. Otherwise very cute and exactly as expected (I keep catching it in the corner of my eyes and thinking a have a package) :)

Can you customize/ Make an item for me?
At this time I am no longer taking custom orders as I typically get fully booked by October for Christmas orders. If you wanted to inquire for an item for January 2019 let me know.
Please note that my stockings and ornaments are drawn, illustrated, printed and then sewn by hand. Therefore prices and turn around times are reflected in the purchase of these items.

Washing instructions:
Tea towels:
You can wash in warm water and dry them in the dryer.
However for more durability and less fading wash these on a gentle cycle and tumble dry. The fabric becomes softer and more absorbant after each wash.

Will I receive my order by Christmas?
All orders purchased after December 17 will be sent after Christmas.
Your items are shipped by Canada Post please note that in the previous weeks they have under a rotating strike, this may cause your items to be delayed beyond the regular shipping times below. Sorry for any inconveniences.

Express post: 1-4 business days (With tracking)
USA
Regular mail: 5-10 business days (no tracking)
